PFS has altered neurohormone levels and 5AR2 methylation alterations (studies). PAS might too.

Best bet would be to email the authors of the Finasteride study (Melcangi et al.) and ask who did it for them and if it's likely possible to be repeated for a fee. I am sure a private clinic would take a sample for you if you explained why (that it was for your own private testing you had...

PFS has altered neurohormone levels and 5AR2 methylation alterations (studies). PAS might too.

Would have to contact researchers and ask how they did it. Then pay to get an LP, have it sent to a lab or the researchers themselves and pay to have the same tests done. I am now not sure if CSF hormone levels are an accurate reflection of what is going on in the brain...

PFS has altered neurohormone levels and 5AR2 methylation alterations (studies). PAS might too.

Have been thinking more about this. If you had a tube running through your skull into the CSF you could run a slow infusion of DHT, E2 and whatever else is affected directly into your CSF. This could be a viable treatment option if receptor numbers are still fine and they are responsive...

    THEORY - 5ARI Withdrawal Syndrome

It's saying the androgen receptors got down regulated because of normal androgens with up-regulated receptors. The drugs reduces DHT levels/signalling, which upregulates receptors/pathways. Then a return to normal DHT levels/signalling post drug with now up-regulated receptors/pathways causes...

    THEORY - 5ARI Withdrawal Syndrome

This is the simplest possible theory, but a big issue with it is that it doesn't apply for anabolic androgenic steroids. Large doses of steroids will cause hyperandogenic conditions but don't result in reflexive downregulation of androgenic receptor pathways. In fact, I have seen evidence of...

    Ideas from a PSSD study

Taken HcG for a month 500IU twice a week. Nothing of note while on it. Will update if anything changes.

    Ideas from a PSSD study

Was doing some reading and came across a guy who also had a 3 day near complete recovery. https://forum.propeciahelp.com/t/my-story-accutane-dht/3233 This was a month after he experimented with hCG. At the time I had mine I was also experimenting with hCG. I didn't make the connection because...

PLAUSIBLE CURE - CRISPR/CAS9 GENE EDITING

@Lost thanks man. I probably won't try it because I'm not a big fan of anti-depressants as a drug class for a few major reasons, but I'm definitely going to look into it.

PLAUSIBLE CURE - CRISPR/CAS9 GENE EDITING

What's the stuff which has improved your symptoms so far? Don't really care how controversial. I've tried some weird shit.

    Ideas from a PSSD study

Been reading this study pretty heavily. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25449595 It's on mice treated early with an antidepressant that causes them to develop sexual dysfunction despite maintaining normal sex hormone levels (PSSD). When they remove their testicles and re-administer...
